What Are Our Events About?

ACI Events are the live training modules where you develop mastery of the concepts of ACI and build the knowledge and skills that will empower you to encounter situations that might otherwise have the charge to escalate into conflict.

In these Events you will:

• Learn the foundational and advanced concepts in which we define polarization as a phenomenon that can be addressed and healed

• Learn and practice the Relational Awareness Mindfulness Practice (RAMP) to bring coherence to your own nervous system in the midst of charged interactions

• Delve into the Art of Collective Integration as a process which moves us from viewing others as the problem, through our old injuries and feelings that are revealed as unexamined thoughts and opinions, to an embodied openness to others’ thoughts, ideas and opinions

These training sessions are offered in 3 steps that build on each other: 

• Introduction: Learn the basics of polarization and relational awareness

• Advanced: Deepen your skills and mastery of staying regulated and present in challenging situations

• Level 3: Experience the integration of past pain so that the energetic field of polarization is able to widen to include the widest range of human experience that can hold and honor both ends of the theme 

The steps are delivered via explorations of different polarized themes in society:

• Race

• Politics

• Ethnic Heritage (starting with Jewish and Irish ancestral persecution)

• Colonization and Imperialism

• Health and Covid
