Polarization as Evolutionary Signal

Increasing polarization has become one of the defining challenges of our time, affecting not only politics, but also communities, organizations, and families. The sense of division can feel as if there is no shared ground left. Yet, polarization is more than just a clash of perspectives or values—it is a signal that our relational systems can no longer contain unresolved trauma, biases, and unacknowledged tensions that shape them. To address these hidden dynamics, we need a new way of engaging with each other, one that goes beyond traditional empathy.

Participants of this event will engage in an experience that will incorporate cognitive as well as felt-sense—embodied or nonverbal—levels of perception.
