MINI-COURSE

ACI Foundations: From Polarization to Presence

Self-Paced Mini-Course

The Art of Collective Integration (ACI) Mini-Course introduces a new way of engaging with polarization—through your body, awareness, and relationships.

Rather than being another cognitive framework, ACI is an embodied art form that transforms how you experience and respond to separation. Like martial arts or music, it is something you practice until it becomes a part of who you are.

Created and taught by David Young, founder of ACI, this mini-course explores the hidden forces underneath polarization and guides you through practices that help restore coherence—within yourself, your relationships, and society at large.

Abstract White Waves

Quick Facts

  • It’s short! All 5 modules are under 8 minutes each.

  • Each session includes a teaching video followed by a guided reflection, so you can immediately incorporate the practice into your own life.

  • We recommend doing one session per day, but please find a pace that works for you.

  • There are no tests. We encourage you to notice the subtle yet powerful changes in your relationships, emotions, and awareness as you move through the practices.

Course Program

This five-part course combines teaching, guided practices, and embodiment exercises to help you digest polarization and experience a deeper sense of connection.

Session 1: The Nature of Division

Find a new way of holding division by discovering what drives polarization and how it leads to the loss of a sense of "us."

Session 2: Listening to the Body

Learn how felt sense awareness—your breath, sensations, and emotions—provides deeper data than thoughts alone.

Session 3: Meeting Our History

Explore how undigested personal and collective history surfaces in the present and learn to sense it in your body.

Session 4: Expanding to "Us"

Practice restoring collective awareness by understanding that distance is a part of connection and reestablishing a deeper sense of "we."

Session 5: Real-Life Practice

Apply these practices in everyday situations and discover how your life can become your training ground for staying embodied in polarized environments.
