A Half-Day Training for Somatic Experiencing® Faculty

For many years, David Young has been facilitating groups and trainings focused on collective trauma and social polarization — using collective somatic processes to help de-polarize communities and work with what arises in groups. This half-day training brings that work specifically to SE faculty.

The focus is practical: what to do when charged dynamics around race, politics, or gender surface in your training room. Rather than managing or redirecting, this training offers a somatic framework for meeting what's actually happening — in the room, in your own body, and in the space between you and your students — without stepping away from your role as a teacher.
