This session invites you into a live practice of the 6-Step Relational Awareness Process, focused specifically on the collective dynamics of race. We move beyond the framework concepts from the Introduction Session and into direct embodied experience—working with the real-time charge and complexity that arises in racialized spaces.
This is not a conceptual exploration. It’s a practice field.
Together, we’ll engage the six-step Relational Awareness Process (R.A.P.), guiding us from grounding in the body to sensing the collective racial field. The session includes guided practice, small group triads, and whole-group integration.
Whether you're working through personal impact, ancestral inheritance, or group dynamics around race, this is a space to feel, stay, and learn—with others who are doing the same.
