The signs of polarization are everywhere.
Whether in politics, communities, organizations, or families, the sense of division can feel overwhelming. But what if polarization is more than just a clash of perspectives or values?
Join us as David Young introduces a new and innovative way that goes beyond traditional empathy to help us better engage with each other.
Upcoming Events
"Polarization isn't the end; it's an invitation to open new pathways for the ways we understand ourselves and each other."
The Art of Collective Integration applies systems thinking along with the practices and principles of insight mindfulness, relational attunement and developmental trauma healing on a collective level. Just as the latest in trauma research shows us how past unresolved and unconscious personal wounding can create suffering in our lives, the Art of Collective Integration explores how polarization arises when unresolved tensions and historical wounds surface in our society.
Instead of forcing empathy or agreement, this approach emphasizes expanding self-awareness to creating shared spaces where diverse experiences and perspectives can coexist. By practicing embodied presence and holding these hidden dynamics with care, we open pathways for healing, understanding, and authentic connection.
